My Story This is a typical alley deep inside a south China old town. A scene from the street before my former house when I was a little child. It's in the deepest corner of an old town area. All these old alley have been pulled down for new zone. I had a chance to take some photos but I didn't. Now feel deeply sorry about this. It was a little hill there, but now it was dug into a cavern for parking lot, which hurts from the deepest part of my heart.
All I can say is WOW. Or maybe WOAH or JEEZ or even OMG! I'm not kidding, this is out of this world! Where do I start? I don't know know where to start! First, the overall sense of beauty is overwhelming and the color style captures the sense of memories perfectly. The lighting is dynamically gorgeous and the texture of the stone walls is something to behold. Every object is crafted with artistic genius and every bit of detail makes it a true Renaissance feel to it. TysonTan has really outdone a awesome and truly remarkable masterpiece that will surely bring all of us a tearful and emotional trip down memory lane or, for this artwork, alley. A winner in more ways than one!
I know how that feels man, and then as you know this was once a place you knew the memories of it flow back, like a waterfall. All you can do is remember them as good days, don't forget: you did make a picture. And a better picture none could ever take, because your picture is in your head, filled with all the things that made it what it was to you. Not a dry image. And you can even share the image with others, if you like Just draw from your mind...
...The sad thing about those memories is that you cant change a thing. Who says you'll ever see it in real again?
This piece is really fantastic. There is an insane amount of detail plugged into this, and I find it absolutely alluring. The tree "canopy" appeals to me greatly.
