Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactI agree with the above two comments. She is very cute, but if you worked with your lights and darks, (More dark in the background and some lighter highlights in the flames and especially in her eyes) it might stand out more. A swirling effect around the edges...think like a spiral, would draw the eye around the entire piece as Eikokatsurugi mentioned. I would bring in a few more colors as well, blues and light greens just to really bring that fire to life. Fire is so much more than just orange and red.
But these are just minor nit-picky things. Over all, I think you did a great job. =^_^=
