A pair of character design I did for ~Ryanide. Left: Alex the Android fox Right: Victor the Android Rabbit. I don't know why I have been dreaming to name a white rabbit character Victor XD.

Greetings!! another beautiful design from a maestro! I always love how you evolve in designing bio-mecha characters, you able to draw them machine enough without sacrificing their animal traits! and I do learn a lot from your design!
now for the critics!! love the design truly! but somehow alex weapon looks half done compared to victor's weapons, and it's kinda letdown to me. but in the other half victor's weapons is remarkable, beautifully made and very matched with his design
but somehow victor's color scheme is too similar with cloud, and even more with the scarf... alex design is somehow refreshing and using different color scheme from your other design, but I think you should try to experiment with more color scheme and design, which I would love to see!!!!
Your character design never ceases to amaze, and this is an incredible showing of improvement as an artist and as a character designer. There is very, very little I can find that I don't like about these two. They're visually appealing, proportionally stylized in a logical manner (for the most part, more on this later) and have a pleasing color scheme. The drawing is very clean for your style, which, as a result, means it's very easy to see the character details, which is a point of concern I have expressed in previous critiques. But the character design is what I absolutely enjoy the most. If I could give thirty stars for originality, I would.
If you draw these guys again, I would like very much to see them without scarves - though the scarves themselves are very well done, I get a feeling that Alex's neck is too long (a very, very common problem when drawing scarves on a character) and that Victor's neck is too thin to support his rather large head, and would look weird without the scarf there. The proportions of the two scarves have me questioning the anatomy around that neck/shoulder area, particularly for Victor: his neck looks abnormally long because of the size of the front of the scarf.
Additionally, Alex's one visible eye seems a bit low and back towards the head. I feel that if he faced the viewer dead-on, he would have 'fish eyes' - that is, his eyes would be too far apart and look unnatural.
Their forearms are very large, which looks a little strange to me, but this is something you have done before and is clearly a stylistic choice. I do absolutely love using the subtle definition of the deltoids and shoulder width to define how tough each character looks. (Along with other things, of course.)
Altogether, absolutely fantastic character design, and a very large showing of your improvement as an artist even of your skill level and caliber.
