Description
This is a fanart
Description:
Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic (c) Hasbro.
This is my anthro version of Princess Celestia and Princess Luna. Yesterday I had at first uploaded a picture with the design of Princess Celestia alone. 15 minutes after uploading, I suddenly realized: "What have I done! How can I left Princess Luna behind!" So I immediately take down that artwork and work on Princess Luna's design. My apologize to those who faved the earlier version! But nothing shall take these two apart! (Or I'm going to have nightmare XD)
Their clothing are based on a kind of Chinese dresses called Qipao en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cheongsa… . I was planning to use this design in my MLPFIM comic project tysontan.deviantart.com/journa… . However the design is just too complicated (or they won't look elegant enough) , therefore I think I will use the official style in the comic if I have Hasbro's approval.
Princess Celestia... I liked the fact that many artists depicted her as a horrible tyrant (for fun or for real) XD, but for me, as I shared many similarities with Twilight and did not have such luck to meet my own Princess Celestia, I incline to draw her as a excellent tutor and also a conscientious ruler. There is a thin mist of sadness on her face in this picture, which I will explain in my comic (if it ever came out). :3
I hope you like my rendition of the sisters! ^^

Love how you kept their "horsiness" about them, instead of the more humanistic equestria girl-lesque type style. Beautifully done.
