Mu's heavy-armed version, with a graffiti BG

a development from this [link] (quite old female version, beware of your eyes)
Haven't draw him for a long time since Luna is out, he is developed a lot now, as you see.
This is the form for him to deal with heavy things, with an enhanced framework and a optional full-mechanical arm.
But still, he is not the kind of strong.

I've tried a new way like oil painting to draw his ex-arm.
This style is widly used by many good artists, but I just can't handle it good, practice needed.
And the background is done with a light graffiti style, I'm new for this so it may looks stupid XD.
Graffiti is a really cool way of expression, peoples drawing them on the walls are geniues.

An android with a prostic arm? Just wondering, how artificial are the bodies of sync characters? They look like a combination of organic and robot parts, but the possibility of an artificial skin makes it hard to tell. Could you explain that part a little?
